some of the special features of our condo include:
*11th floor corner unit with a large balcony facing the gulf (south and east views) and a smaller balcony overlooking the “ole river” intracoastal-waterway (west facing views, perfect for sunsets!)
* large, spacious floor plan (1607 sq ft. total, balcony is 374 sq ft), with three beautifully decorated, renovated bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom. (Photo of the floor plan is in our VRBO photo gallery.)
* living room is decorated in pretty white and blue tones with white pottery barn sofas and a comfortable, plush easy chair that reclines
* we had stylish "wooden plank" flooring installed throughout the condo which makes it so much airier and clean!
* ceiling fans in the living room and all bedrooms
* sleeps six The spacious Master Bedroom has a King size bed, vanity and private bathroom with a shower, separate jacuzzi tub and sink. We also have two Queen Bedrooms, one of which was completely redone with new furniture and decor in Dec. 2023. Each Bedroom has its own private bathroom and full tub/shower.
* fully equipped, newly renovated kitchen with classic white quartz countertops, microwave, dishwasher, stove/oven, ice maker plus there is a mr Coffee drip coffee machine, blender, toaster and crockpot for your use.
* breakfast bar with two bar stools
* beautiful dining area which seats six
* wet bar with white quartz countertops and sink, perfect for hosting a party
* condo comes with its own full-size washer and dryer, as well as 2 irons and an ironing board
* white bed and bath linens are provided, as are beach towels
* the condo is wheelchair accessible however the bathrooms are not ada compliant
* free wifi
* large flatscreen tv in the living room and in all 3 bedrooms
* large outdoor pool with sun loungers and direct access to the gorgeous wide white sandy beach Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rental in the high season from an independent beach service. (or, there is an assortment of beach chairs, umbrellas and floats in our beach closet that you are welcome to borrow!)
* covered reserved parking space close to our condo tower as well as plenty of free open parking
* there is a small grassy area with a poo bag station alongside our condo tower where you can take your dog for a potty break Also, directly across the road from the condo towers is a large grassy area with poo bag station next to the tennis courts. We let our dog off leash and play fetch here which he loves! (Note: this area is not fenced in.)
* private marina with boat slips available for complimentary use with a prior reservation It also has a boat launch into the "Ole River" and a new fish cleaning station.
* 2 tennis courts
* open air pavillion facing the tennis courts and grassy lawn has a charcoal grill, propane grill, comfortable tables and chairs which are perfect for a bbq
* clubhouse between the two condo towers which overlooks the pool area It has a small fitness center, kitchen and large living/social room which is complimentary for use of those staying at the Beach and Yacht Club.
* from our condo, it is an easy 1/2 mile walk along the beach to the world famous flora-bama!
* there are many great restaurants nearby such as the the gulf, zeke's, big fish, villagio, cosmos, big mike's steakhouse, flora-bama yacht club, shrimp basket and lillian’s pizza just to name a few there is also a waffle house within walking distance for those mornings when you don’t feel like cooking breakfast!
* have fun shopping at boutique and specialty shops at the wharf, the royal standard shop as well as the upscale tanger outlet mall in foley, al, home goods, ulta, hobby lobby, etc..
* kids will enjoy the rides at the wharf, owa, putt-putt golf in gulf shores and the naval aviation museum in pensacola!
